I had a good stay in a Beautiful Room! The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The sports bar was a refreshing highlight of my visit, providing great ambiance and fun activities like pool.

the room service staff had no clue about the menu items and didn't even know what type of bread they used. also, isn't it ridiculous that you can't get more than two tiny water bottles in your room? i expected a welcome gift for such a glamorous establishment but ended up feeling completely ignored. what a shame, almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

Consider asking for an upgraded room if it’s available, as the regular rooms can be less spacious, adding comfort to your stay.

During my recent stay at Kga Elite Continental Hotel, I was delighted by the exceptional cleanliness of my Deluxe Room. The staff were attentive, ensuring my comfort while I enjoyed a lovely breakfast spread with decent options. The central location made exploring Tiruvalla easy.

We had a fun time enjoying the rooftop restaurant with great views while staying with our large breed dog. The kids liked the spacious room, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the local shops and parks.

My children wanted quicker housekeeping service.

The KGA Elite Continental impressed with its neat and tidy rooms and good food. While the rear parking needs a cleanup and there’s a lingering kitchen odor, it didn’t overshadow the overall quality and attentive staff. I found the location convenient for exploring Tiruvalla.

It was just a perfect match for a date night in Tiruvalla with great value for money. The breakfast was a letdown, though the coffee had a nice touch to start the day. Try to get your meals early as they tend to run out later.

I stayed in a Deluxe Room for 2 nights, and honestly, it was comfy! The room was super clean and had great amenities. The shower was fantastic, way better than I expected. A little annoying was the Wi-Fi—it kinda dropped out on the upper floors. Also, the stated room amenities weren’t always there, like the slippers. But, overall, it was a solid stay with good vibes from the staff.
